We are looking for a WordPress Developer with strong website development knowledge responsible for both back-end and front-end development. Your primary focus will be creating and customizing WordPress themes, plugins, and ensuring high performance and availability of the website. You will also be responsible for integrating third-party tools and APIs. Therefore, a strong understanding of front-end technologies is essential.

Responsibilities

• Designing and implementing new website features and functionality in WordPress
• Building and customizing WordPress themes and plugins
• Ensuring high performance, security, and availability of websites
• Conducting website performance tests and troubleshooting issues
• Integrating third-party services, APIs, and payment gateways
• Collaborating with designers and other developers to deliver high-quality solutions
• Managing all technical aspects of the CMS

Skills And Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• Strong knowledge of WordPress CMS, theme development, and plugin development
• Proficiency in PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery
• Understanding of WordPress architecture and custom post types
• Experience with page builders like Elementor, Divi, or WPBakery
• Familiarity with REST APIs and AJAX in WordPress
• Strong understanding of website security, accessibility, and SEO best practices
• Experience in creating database schemas and optimizing queries for WordPress
• Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases
• Proficient understanding of Git or other version control tools
• Knowledge of hosting environments (cPanel, VPS, cloud hosting) and deployment
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve complex performance issues
